Collins Oteba

Collins Oteba is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT support, system analysis, and production support. Currently serving as a Production Support Analyst at mthree since October 2021, Collins has significantly improved file management efficiency by 40% through effective use of Linux and conditional statements. Previous roles include System Analyst and Estimator at Skyline Design, where Collins provided business process consulting and calculated quotes for glass purchases, respectively. Additional experience includes IT Support Specialist at the Ministry of Finance Uganda, Customer Experience Representative at BMO Harris Bank, and Online Marketing Executive at hi2shop Uganda. Collins holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Technology and Computing from Makerere University, along with additional qualifications in computer networking and organizational leadership from Coursera and Drake University.
