Khadijah Pandor

Khadijah Pandor is currently the Head of Partnerships for EMEA and NA at mthree, where they lead a team to cultivate relationships with strategic universities and organizations for early talent attraction. They previously held roles such as Senior Delivery Manager and Senior Talent Partnerships Specialist at the same company. Khadijah began their career as a Student Ambassador at Brunel University London, before serving as a Recruitment Executive at 3aaa and later as a Bright Futures Societies Manager and Senior University Partnership Manager at Connectr. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics and Sociology from Brunel University, which they completed in 2015.
