Matthew Brooks currently serves as a Project Specialist and Product Development expert at MTI Baths, a position held since February 2018, focusing on strategic oversight of new and custom-built products, with a specialization in new materials development and implementation within manufacturing lines to enhance speed and processes. Additionally, Matthew has been the Plant Production Manager at MTI Baths since February 2014, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of production.
