Tom Dodson

Tom Dodson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tom started off their career in 1997 as a Major Accounts Executive at Fiber Optic Technologies, Inc., where they achieved significant sales growth. Tom then worked at Qwest Communications, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive, responsible for sales of next generation websites. In 1999, Dodson became the Chief Operations Officer at StorePartners.com, where they implemented business and marketing strategies.

In 2000, Dodson joined CompuCom Systems, Inc. as a District Sales Manager, where they focused on sales, recruitment, and staff development. Tom successfully directed the acquisition and conversion of a 100+ employee firm. From 2002 to 2005, Dodson worked as a Business Consultant at Sidetech, providing consulting services to various businesses and implementing technology-based solutions.

Dodson then became the Director of Business Development at SWN Communications Inc., where they developed and managed carrier-based sales initiatives and recruited and trained Channel Sales Managers. In 2006, Dodson joined MarketSource as a Consulting Director for Palm Retail Stores, where they directed all activities related to sales, operations, and marketing and developed store opening plans.

From 2007 to 2008, Dodson served as the Vice President of Operations at APW Holdings, LLC, leading all operations and guiding store openings for various business groups. In 2009, they joined MarketSource as the Director of Operations and Field Services.

Dodson's most recent role was as the Vice President of Global Services at Mobile Technologies Inc., where they cultivated high-performance cultures and analyzed complex challenges to develop action plans that increased productivity, sales, and profits. Tom also served as the Vice President of North America Sales at the same company.
