Ichiro Igari

Ichiro Igari has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Ichiro currently holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Automagi Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at MTI Ltd. as a Managing Executive Officer and Chief Manager of the Advanced Technology Department starting in May 2008. Ichiro also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at MTI Technology starting from March 2019. Igari's earlier experience includes working as a Researcher at RIKEN from April 2001 to March 2008, where they focused on interdisciplinary brain science, specifically the learning theory of artificial recurrent neural networks and the psycho-physical model of human memory.

Ichiro Igari has a strong educational background in physics and complex systems theory. Ichiro obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Condensed Matter Physics from Tohoku University, graduating in 1994. Following this, they attended The University of Tokyo, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Condensed Matter Physics, completing it in 1996. Igari further continued their studies at The University of Tokyo and earned a PhD in Complex Systems Theory in 2001.
