Drew Pacetti

Drew Pacetti is a New Product Development Engineer at MTI since June 2023, following a role as an NPD Manufacturing Intern. Drew served as a Student Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from August 2022 to June 2023. Previous experience includes positions at Phantom Fireworks, starting as Co Manager in May 2020, where significant improvements in store sales were achieved, followed by Assistant Manager from April 2021, overseeing operations that facilitated over five million dollars in sales, and culminating in a leadership role as Tent Operator in June 2022, responsible for establishing the first tent in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Drew holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, completed in 2023.
