Lance Woods is a Transition Manager at MTI since October 2021, focusing on waste elimination and process documentation within the Transition Department of New Product Development. Prior to this, Lance held multiple roles at Dynapar Corporation (Fortive) from May 2018 to October 2021, including Fortive Business System Leader, Value Stream Manager, and EHS Site Manager, where responsibilities included managing operations, assembly, and safety compliance. Previously, Lance served as Facility and EHS Manager at Dynapar (Danaher) from June 2011 to April 2018, overseeing OSHA compliance and leading sustainability initiatives. Lance's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and an Associate's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, with studies ongoing until December 2024.
