Ryan Murphy is an accomplished Senior Program Manager at MTI, with extensive experience in managing customer relationships within the Aerospace and Defense Division since October 2016. Prior to this role, Ryan managed the Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) aftermarket program and was promoted to oversee the entire HEV program after serving as a Senior Engineer focused on motor and generator design for hybrid electric buses. Ryan's earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems and as an Engineer at Argonne National Laboratory, where responsibilities involved quality control and hardware development for superconducting radiofrequency particle accelerator cavities. Ryan began professional development as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
