Magdalena Plotczyk

Magdalena Plotczyk has spent 6 years in biomedical research before transitioning to venture capital. She has earned her BSc in Biomedical Sciences and MSc in Regenerative Medicine from University College London and a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Imperial College London. Driven by curiosity and interest in the ways technology drives advances in healthcare and life sciences, she previously worked at the technology transfer and investment office of Imperial College and the Medical Device unit of the WHO. Before joining MTIP, Magdalena has gained experience in digital health during an investment fellowship at an early-stage VC fund, Heal Capital.
