Matthew Chubb

Matthew Chubb is a Principal Structural Engineer at MTL NZ with over twenty-five years of experience in industrial civil and structural engineering, particularly in the hydrocarbon, electricity, steel making, and manufacturing industries. They currently manage MTL Civil Limited, overseeing chargeability, workload, resource management, recruitment, and employee care. Previously, they held senior engineering roles at companies like Beca, Scott Wilson, and Worley Parsons, and served as Auckland Engineering Manager, leading a multi-discipline design team. Matthew earned a BEng in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University.
