Edwige Winans has extensive experience in research and multicultural insights. Currently, at Marcus Thomas LLC, Edwige holds the position of Research Director, Multicultural Insights, where Edwige leads initiatives on inclusivity in campaign development. With previous roles as Associate Research Director, Research Manager, and Research Associate at Marcus Thomas LLC, as well as Director of Operations and Key Account Manager at CoAMS, Edwige has a well-rounded background in marketing research and account management.
