Bella Bearcroft is a seasoned research professional currently serving as Research Manager at MTM since March 2022, having previously held the role of Senior Research Executive. Bella's earlier experience includes positions at Ink Research as Research Executive and Graduate Research Executive from March 2020 to March 2022, and a Customer Success Executive role at SourceBreaker. Additional experience spans various customer service and management roles, including Bar Supervisor at The Undercroft Bar and Sales Staff at V12 Motors. Bella holds a Master of Arts in Geography from Durham University and has engaged in leadership roles, such as President of the University College Netball Club, fostering team cohesion and training initiatives.
