Tom Warner is an experienced research executive currently employed at MTM since April 2023, following a role as a research assistant earlier that year. Tom's work at MTM involves qualitative research, including transcribing interviews, collecting testimonials, and conducting in-depth analyses, with notable contributions to projects for YouTube and internal diversity policies. Prior to MTM, Tom interned in digital marketing at The Woman School, focusing on social media marketing, graphic design, and content creation. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at The Oxford Wine Cafe, managing staff and ensuring customer service excellence. Tom holds a BA with 1st class Honours in Politics & Theology from the University of Exeter and has a strong academic background from Radley College and New College Choir.
