Aaron Haefele Cpc

Aaron Haefele CPC, ELI-MP, RYT currently serves as the Senior Director of Training at MTM Health, a position held since July 2013. In this role, Aaron is responsible for leading the development and delivery of training materials that comply with quality standards and support MTM’s vision and People & Culture initiatives. Previously, Aaron has held leadership roles in training and management at various organizations, including Great Wolf Lodge and Massage Envy, where responsibilities ranged from coaching teams to delivering exceptional customer service and training. Aaron has an educational background in massage therapy and yoga, holding certifications from the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage and Kashi School of Yoga.
