Allison Clifton

Allison (Benney) Clifton is currently the Director of Insurance at MTM Health, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Allison gained valuable experience at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where they served as a Sales Intern in 2016 and held various positions including Area Assistant Vice President and Area Vice President from 2021 to 2023. During their time at the University of Missouri-Columbia, they also contributed as the Vice Chair of Finance for the Organization Resource Group from 2016 to 2017 while pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, which they are currently completing.
