Chris Jenkins

Chris Jenkins has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. From 2021, they have been working at MTM, Inc. as the Director of Healthcare Operations. Previously, they served as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at the same company from 2011 to 2022. Prior to that, Chris worked at Cigna as the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, where they led strategic initiatives, managed special projects, and oversaw a team of nine employees. Chris also held leadership positions at Express Scripts, serving as the Senior Director of Strategy & Planning, as well as the Director of Strategy & Optimization. Chris began their career at the American Academy of Pediatrics, where they were the Director of Customer Service & Performance Management Systems, implementing a strategic planning and management system to improve operational excellence.

Chris Jenkins has an MBA in Operations Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Chris also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from Illinois State University.
