Colleen Schlea

Colleen Schlea, MHA, NRP, serves as the Program Director at MTM, Inc., since July 2019, having previously held positions such as Vice President of MCO Solutions and Client Executive at the same company. Prior experience includes being the Administrator at Contemporary Women's Care in Florida and the CEO of ProMedica Physicians Group, along with various roles at ProMedica that emphasize practice operations. Schlea began a career in emergency medical services as a Paramedic for Sandusky County EMS from 2001 to 2013. Educated at Ohio University with a Master's in Health Administration and at the University of Toledo, which includes a Ph.D. in Health Education and various degrees in healthcare administration and emergency medical technology, Colleen has demonstrated a strong commitment to healthcare leadership and education.
