Dylan Kirby

Dylan Kirby has extensive experience in management roles within the dispatch and contact center environments, currently serving as Senior Manager of Dispatch at MTM, Inc. since June 2015. Prior positions at MTM include Command Center Manager, Dispatch Manager, Dispatch Supervisor, and Contact Center Supervisor. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from October 2013 to June 2015. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Penn State University and has pursued studies at Virginia Tech and Old Dominion University, achieving an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management.
