Jackie Richardson

Jackie (Douglas) Richardson has extensive experience in supervisory roles, currently serving as a CSC Supervisor at MTM, Inc. since February 2007, where responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing Call Center staff to meet productivity goals. Prior experience includes working as a Resident Treatment Worker at Glenwood State Hospital School from February 1980 to February 1983, focusing on training and development for mentally and physically challenged individuals, including the creation of personal behavior plans and progress reports. Jackie has also completed education in Non Parenteral Medication and Psychology at Iowa Western Community College between 2016 and 2017.
