Madilon Isom-Steiner

Madilon Isom-Steiner has extensive experience in financial systems management and analysis, currently serving as Manager of Financial Systems at MTM, Inc. since July 2015, following roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst. Prior to this, Madilon worked at Balke Brown Transwestern from June 2012 to July 2015, contributing as an Accounting Assistant and Assistant Manager of Operations, focusing on property management and customer service. Additionally, Madilon gained valuable experience as an Economic Development Intern at the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce in 2012, where responsibilities included secretarial duties and event planning. Madilon holds a degree in Management and Accounting from McKendree University, completed in 2012.
