Patti Korando

Patti Korando is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operational Excellence at MTM, Inc. since May 2022, Patti previously held the position of Director of Process Improvement at Express Scripts from January 2007 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading and mentoring Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Earlier roles include Project Manager at ProPharma Group and Operational Excellence/Production Manager at Mallinckrodt, where Patti managed 70 employees and oversaw a $50 million budget while ensuring compliance with FDA, NRC, and EU regulations. Patti holds an MBA in Manufacturing from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a BA in Pre-Medicine/Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
