William Bennett

William Bennett is currently the Associate General Counsel at MTM, Inc. Previously, they held positions as Senior Counsel for Business Development and Staff Counsel at the same organization. William gained initial experience as an intern in Senator Claire McCaskill's Office and as a legal assistant at Upstate Institute, where they assisted with consumer bankruptcy cases. They also served as a student attorney in the Washington University Intellectual Property and Nonprofit Organizations Clinic, focusing on nonprofit formation and intellectual property protection. William's diverse legal background includes research and drafting for various practice areas during their summer associate role at Schlichter, Bogard & Denton, LLP, and an internship with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
