Josepha HODE is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in risk management and network administration, currently serving as an IT Risk Manager at MTN BENIN since June 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing Information and Technology risk management, ensuring proactive risk assessment and mitigation in IT projects, and reporting on risk in the technology organization. Previously, Josepha held roles as an IT Infrastructure Security Specialist, IT Service Delivery Manager, and Senior Network Administrator at prominent telecommunications companies, including Etisalat BENIN and Connecteo BENIN.
