Lanie James

Lanie James is currently a Senior Social Media Manager for Google AI Developers at MTP, where they focus on content strategy and audience engagement. Previously, they served as the Employer Brand Communications Lead at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory from 2019 to 2024, successfully enhancing the organization's employer brand and social media presence. Lanie also held various roles in digital marketing and social media strategy, including positions at Paycom, Chesapeake Energy, and as an Employer Development Coordinator at Oklahoma State University Career Services from 2004 to 2010. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Mass Communications from Oklahoma State University while holding a Bachelor's degree in Journalism Broadcasting from the same institution.
