Bread LIN

Bread LIN is currently the Head of Project Safety and Health at MTR Corporation Limited, overseeing safety initiatives for New MTR Extension Projects and the Operation Project Department. With over 35 years of experience in safety and health, Bread began their career as a Labour Officer in 1989 before transitioning to the private sector, where they developed safety management systems and led large-scale projects at companies like Dragages HK Limited and Gammon Construction Limited. They served as Senior Manager of Safety for the Airport Authority Hong Kong's Third Runway Division from 2018 to 2025, where they managed a significant project budget and implemented key safety programs. Bread holds degrees in Aeronautic Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, and a Professional Diploma in Quality Management.
