Scott MacKenzie

Scott Mackenzie, CEng, FICE, FRICS, has extensive experience in commercial management and procurement within the engineering sector, currently serving as the General Manager of Commercial Management at MTR Corporation Limited since November 2008. Previous roles include General Manager of Procurement & Contracts and Procurement & Contracts Manager for projects at MTR Corporation. Earlier in their career, Scott held the position of Senior Project Director at Ocean Park Corporation and General Manager at AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited. Scott's experience also includes significant roles at the Airport Authority Hong Kong as Senior Contracts Manager and positions at Babtie Group as a Graduate Engineer. Scott earned an Honours degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and a Postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration from the University College of Estate Management.
