Stan Kan

Stan Kan is currently an Information Technology Associate at MTR Corporation Limited, where the ITA Programme focuses on developing graduates into IT professionals through on-the-job training and exposure to emerging technologies. Prior to this role, Stan served as a Graduate Trainee at Zurich Insurance, where responsibilities included designing and implementing generative AI models and managing AI solutions on Azure cloud services. Stan also gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where enhancements were made to image segmentation models and big data analytics were applied to satellite imagery. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
