Kelli Gates has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer support, beginning with roles at FNC, Inc. from March 2006 to November 2008, where responsibilities included verifying appraisals, ensuring workflow efficiencies, conducting employee orientations, and serving as the head of the OCR’s Team Building Committee. Kelli also worked as a Technical Customer Support Representative, providing technical assistance and handling complex issues for clients. Additionally, Kelli served as a Quality Assurance Analyst, testing software changes to ensure adherence to client requirements and developing test plans. Currently, Kelli continues to work as a Quality Assurance Analyst at mTrade since January 2019. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix and has studied Political Science at the University of Mississippi, as well as General Studies at Northwest Mississippi Community College.
