At MTRY & CO., we believe great food owns the meal — the ham that calls everyone back home, the burger that pulls neighbors off the porch, the steak that silences the table. That’s why we built MTRY: to put unforgettable flavor in your hands, with proteins you can count on.

We’re rooted in farm traditions, raising crops and livestock in Southern Minnesota while chasing the kind of flavor that makes people linger at the table. That pursuit led us beyond our own farm, building a Producer Circle of trusted farmers and skilled butchers whose dedication and craftsmanship define the standard for premium proteins.

Alongside them, our Small Batch Shop brings family-crafted recipes scaled with care and drawn from our own farm pork. It’s where we experiment, taste-test, and refine until the flavor makes people stop and ask, “Where’d you get this?” Today, that includes thick-cut, dry-cured bacon in standout varieties like Raspberry Chipotle, Cracked Pepper, and Classic Dry Cure.

From home cooks to business gifting, stadium concessions to retail shelves, MTRY delivers proteins bold enough to steal the table — built for people who know that when the food is unforgettable, the moment is too.
