Phil Applegate

Phil Applegate is a seasoned sales and product management professional with extensive experience across various organizations in the hydraulic and filtration industries. Currently serving as Major Accounts Manager at Temposonics since September 2024, Phil has previously held significant roles such as Industrial & Heavy Duty Sales Manager at UFI Filters Group and Regional Sales Manager at Amiad USA. Phil's career also includes positions as District Manager at Flint and Walling, Product Manager - Hydraulics at Hartmann Controls, Inc., and Northeastern Regional Sales Manager at Cat Pumps, where responsibilities included utilizing CRM systems to enhance sales and manage product lines. Early in the career, as Regional Sales Manager at Schroeder (HYDAC), Phil successfully expanded the Ohio region and established a new territory in Chicago. Phil holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Professional License as a Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist from the University of Minnesota.
