Steve Sebolt

Steve Sebolt has over 25 years of work experience in the field of business process and technology solutions. From 2009 to 2020, they held various roles at Canon Business Solutions, Ricoh USA, Inc., InQuest Technologies, N'Ware Technologies, Xerox, and Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., including Enterprise Outsourcing Consultant, Director Smartapp.com, Senior SAP Consultant and Extended Partner Manager, Business Process Outsourcing Consultant, Higher Education Consultant, and East Region Manager. In 2016, Sebolt founded Fearless Performances, where they served as a Mental Performance Coach. In 2023, they began working as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Initium SoftWorks LLC (ISW).

Steve Sebolt began their education in 1984 when they attended William H. Hall High School, graduating in 1988. Steve then went on to pursue a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing at the University of Rhode Island - College of Business, graduating in 1992. In addition to their formal education, Steve Sebolt has obtained two certifications, a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Academy, and an Unbeatable Mind Coach InTraining from Unbeatable Mind.
