Eric Roberts is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore, where they teach graduate courses in Interaction Design and Information Architecture. They have been self-employed since 2015 and have served as an Adjunct Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses from 2001 to 2012, advising the Pentagon and White House on e-learning policy. In 2011, they worked as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Labor, evaluating grant proposals from community colleges. Additionally, Eric has been a Subject Matter Expert and consultant at MTS Technologies since 2011, conducting literature reviews and analyzing instructional materials. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Writing and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Supervision, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
