Jen Morin has extensive work experience in the field of fitness and health education. Jen started their career at UMass Memorial Medical Center as an Exercise Physiologist, where they provided case management, patient education, and supervised rehabilitation programs. Jen then worked at Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs as a Program Coordinator, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Spinning Instructor. After that, they served as an Exercise Physiologist and Diabetes Educator at Joslin Diabetes Center. Jen was also the Executive Director at Evolution Bodywork Nutrition. Jen joined Total Fitness Clubs as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor before being promoted to Fitness Director. Jen is currently working as the Director of Education at MTTI, where they oversee the Personal Fitness Trainer Program and instructs students in classroom learning and hands-on experience.

Jen Morin's education history begins with completing their high school education at Warren High School, where they obtained a diploma from 1989 to 1992. Following that, they attended the University of Connecticut from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor's degree in Education. Later, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Northeastern University.

In addition to their formal education, Jen Morin has obtained several certifications. Jen became a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine in February 1999. More recently, they acquired various certifications from Badgr, now part of Instructure, including CHEP (Campus Operations), CHEP (Leadership), CHEP (Online Teaching), and CHEP (Teaching) in 2020 and 2021. Jen has also earned multiple certifications related to accreditation processes, faculty qualifications, student services, admissions recruitment, and other aspects of educational institutions from Canvas Credentials (Badgr) in 2019 and 2020.
