Manager Customer Support (bess)

Eric Goh currently serves as the Manager of Customer Support for BESS at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, providing Level 2 technical support and training in the APAC region since August 2025. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions including Lead Service Engineering and Lead Field Service Engineer at Ampd Energy from September 2022 to August 2025. Eric's experience also includes working as Project & Technical Support Manager at HOPPECKE Batterien GmbH & Co. KG, where project management for the Thomson East Coast Line was a key responsibility, and as a Service Field Application Engineer at AEG Power Solutions. Eric's career began as an Assistant Sales Manager at Leoch Battery Corporation in April 2014, where responsibilities included programming control systems and assisting in sales. Eric holds a Diploma of Education in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
