Mark Gregory

Mark Gregory is the General Counsel and Corporate Affairs Director at Rolls-Royce, a position held since 2015 after joining the company in 2005. They lead a cross-functional global team responsible for legal, governance, ethics, and compliance, ensuring the company's reputation and risk management. Mark has also served as the Head of Legal and Commercial and as Chief Counsel for the Civil Aerospace division at Rolls-Royce, and previously worked at Hogan Lovells as a trainee solicitor and associate. In addition to their role at Rolls-Royce, Mark is a member of the Advisory Board for R² Factory and the Supervisory Board of Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG. Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Liverpool and a Legal Practice Course commendation from Nottingham Law School.
