衍江 has over 16 years of experience working with internationally recognized corporations, possessing strong English communication skills. They have extensive project management and team leadership experience, alongside capabilities in establishing new companies and assembling teams. Currently serving as the Head of Asia Engineering and Head of Performance and Analyst at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG,衍江 previously held positions as an Engineering Manager at Caterpillar and a Senior Electrical Project Engineer at Shanghai General Motors. They earned an international iMBA from Hong Kong University and Fudan University, as well as a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
