Simon Gallagher

Simon Gallagher is the Vice President of the Ship Automation Product Centre at Rolls-Royce Solutions, where they are responsible for driving growth and integration across teams in the UK, Germany, and India. Prior to this role, Simon served as the Managing Director at Servowatch Systems Ltd, leading the company in delivering advanced ship control systems and achieving significant profit targets. Simon began their career as a Maintenance Electrician at CR Bard and has held various leadership positions throughout their tenure at Rolls-Royce. They hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Leadership and Management from The Open University, along with several other qualifications in project management and engineering.
