Timo Pfeifer

Timo Pfeifer currently serves as the Business Partner Controlling R&D at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG since March 2024. Previously, Timo held the role of Controller at CLAAS from January 2020 to February 2024, focusing on inventory controlling, quality cost controlling, and overhead cost controlling. Timo's experience includes a master’s thesis on efficiency programs at Daimler AG and an internship in EBIT-controlling for Mercedes-Benz Cars in early 2019. A brief student internship at Lock Drives involved controlling projects and lean management, while prior experience at DreBo Werkzeugfabrik GmbH included being a controller responsible for weekly report generation. Timo also completed a dual study program at Drebo America Inc. and holds a Master of Science degree in International Accounting, Controlling and Taxation from ESB Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
