Adam Loukus

Adam Loukus serves as the President of Loukus Technologies, Inc. since March 2018, focusing on light materials and process development. Concurrently, Adam holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at Michigan Technological University since March 2019. Previously, Adam worked at REL, Inc. as Vice President from December 2006 to December 2018, specializing in business development, sales, and R&D program management. Adam also contributed as a part-time Lecturer at Michigan Technological University's Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Mechanics Department from August 2005 to May 2012 and served as a Senior Research Engineer at GS Engineering from December 2004 to December 2006, leading projects in the Advanced Materials Division. Adam earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Mechanics from Michigan Technological University and a BS in the same field from the same institution, with additional studies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
