Christopher Maxson

Christopher Maxson has extensive experience in health and safety management and facilities operations, currently serving as the Manager of Health and Safety at Michigan Technological University since September 2008. Previous roles at the university include positions as General Safety Specialist, Lean Facilitator, Facilities Manager, and Interim Manager of Continuous Improvement. Additionally, Christopher has a background in outdoor leadership as a Senior Guide and Sea Kayak Instructor at Keweenaw Adventure Company, LLC. Other professional experiences include directing the Ski School at Ski Brule and working as a Robotic Technician at Recticel. Christopher holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Michigan Technological University, alongside an Architectural Drawing certificate from Genesee Area Skill Center.
