Heidi Reid

Heidi Reid has extensive experience at Michigan Technological University since April 2008 in various capacities, including Assistant to the General Counsel and Secretary for the Board of Trustees, Assistant Project Manager, Employment and Lean Initiatives Specialist, Employment Services Representative, Executive Assistant to Human Resources, Facilities and Events Coordinator, and Catering Manager. Reid has played a significant role in implementing Lean Continuous Improvement methodologies to enhance processes and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Reid held positions such as Bartender at Parkview Lodge and Grill, Realtor at Statewide Real Estate, Assistant to Restaurant Manager at Egypt Valley Country Club, and Front Office Manager at Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. Additionally, Reid has pursued educational development through UPCAP Conflict Resolution Training and is currently working on a degree at Michigan Technological University.
