Kit Cischke

Kit Cischke is a seasoned educator and experienced engineer with a strong background in electrical and computer engineering. Currently serving as a Teaching Professor and Senior Lecturer at Michigan Technological University since August 2005, Kit teaches undergraduate classes in circuits, digital logic, and microcontrollers, and actively participates in various departmental committees, notably the Undergraduate Program Committee. Prior to this role, Kit worked as a Hardware Engineer at Unisys from June 2001 to August 2005, focusing on software tools for hardware design and process documentation, with expertise in C#, C++, Perl, and Verilog. Kit's early career includes a Co-Op position at IBM in 1998, involving VHDL simulation for hard drive controllers. Kit holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
