Maxx Fredrickson

Maxx Fredrickson serves as the Director of Hockey Operations at Michigan Technological University since August 2019, after previously working as a Retail Loans Co-op at Superior National Bank & Trust Co. from May 2018 to August 2019. Maxx also held the position of Equipment Staff at Michigan Technological University from July 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hockey locker room and equipment. Additional experience includes working as a Camp Counselor at Copper Country Intermediate from June 2015 to May 2019 and serving as Manager at Sweet Treats Ice Cream from July 2015 to September 2017, focusing on employee oversight and supply management. Maxx holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Michigan Technological University, completed in 2022, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field awarded in 2020.
