John Reale

John Reale is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data architecture, analytics, and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Data Architect at MTX Group since December 2021, John has led projects focused on state government systems, data migration, and the development of data warehouses and reporting tools. Previously, John held various roles at Darn Tough Vermont®, including Managing Data Scientist, where leadership of a data insights team and implementation of advanced analytics were key responsibilities. As a Data Engineer, John spearheaded the organization of company-wide data for an ERP implementation. Additionally, John's career includes noteworthy positions at DXC Technology, Burton Snowboards, Fidelity Investments, the US Treasury, and Elliot Hospital, demonstrating a robust skill set in report generation, data management, and healthcare analytics. John holds a BA in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire-Manchester.
