Mark Guilarte

Mark Guilarte is the Director of the PMO at MTX. Prior to joining MTX, Mark was a Senior Salesforce Project Manager at EMS Consulting from January 2019 to August 2020. In this role, Mark was responsible for leading a wide spectrum of medium to large/complex Salesforce Implementation Projects for Sales, Service, Financial Services, Health, Marketing and Community Cloud initiatives.

Mark has also served as a Program Manager at Textron from November 2009 to January 2019 and as a UAS Specialist at Compass Systems Inc. from December 2007 to November 2009. In these roles, Mark was responsible for internal and external project collaboration, client weekly status engagements via video/audio Zoom meetings, and active use of the EMS Project Methodology.

Prior to their work in the project management field, Mark was the Chief Executive Officer at IQ Billiards from January 2005 to February 2006 and an Associate Project Manager at MikroIdea Inc. from January 2005 to February 2006.

Mark Guilarte has a Master's degree in Workforce Development and Training from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Managment Information Systems from the University of South Florida.

Mark Guilarte reports to Das Nobel, Chairman & CEO. They work with Mahesh Nattanmai - President, Pamela Wagner - General Counsel, and Carol Beth Martin - VP, Government Solutions.
