Jared Heitsch

Jared Heitsch is an experienced Engineering Manager at Mubea, where responsibilities include the design and implementation of advanced suspension systems, particularly a single leaf composite leaf spring for a major OEM. With a focus on suspension performance and integration, Jared oversees component designs, project timing, and documentation, while collaborating with internal and external teams. Previously, at Meritor, Jared served as a Design Engineer, specializing in military suspensions, and successfully managed the design and production of suspension components. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and has received multiple certifications, including DFSS Green Belt for work in improving GD&T processes.
