Jozefovic Peter

Jozefovic Peter is an experienced lean manager currently employed at Mubea since October 2015, focusing on process optimization. Prior to this role, Jozefovic worked as a program engineer at FACC Ag from September 2012 to September 2015, where responsibilities included engineering project management, change management, customer claims coordination, and product modification quotes. From 1994 to 2012, Jozefovic served as a production manager at Schaeffler, overseeing gear system production and applying lean methodologies such as value stream mapping, Kanban, and Kaizen. Jozefovic holds a Dipl. Ing. degree in Technical Materials/Material Engineering from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, obtained between 2003 and 2009.
