Julia Caffarena is a Berlin-based creative professional and Office Manager at MUBI Deutschland & The Match Factory, where she oversees daily operations, vendor management, facilities, and cross-office coordination. Originally from Buenos Aires, she has built a multidisciplinary career spanning film, photography, and operations. Before joining MUBI/TMF, Julia worked across the cultural and creative industries—from Berlinale Talents to Uniqlo’s RE.UNIQLO Studio and various content-driven roles—gaining deep experience in workflow design, team support, and creative project management. Alongside her operational work, she is an active portrait photographer specializing in classical musicians and maintains a strong connection to film through ongoing writing and cinephile engagement. Julia brings together creativity, structure, and a global background to support and strengthen MUBI’s Berlin office.
