Lilly Riber has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and media. Lilly began their career as an Assistant Strategist at OMD in 2009, eventually becoming a Media Strategist. In 2011, they joined Havas Media as a Digital Media Planner/Buyer and later moved up to the position of Digital Media Supervisor. In 2014, they gained experience as a Digital Distribution Marketing MBA Intern at NBCUniversal, Inc. and as a Content Acquisitions MBA Intern at FilmBuff. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Bleecker Street Media, LLC. Currently, they are working at MUBI, where they started as the US Marketing Manager in 2016 and progressed to become the Director of Marketing. Lilly then served as the Vice President of Global Marketing before assuming their current role as the Chief Marketing Officer in 2022.

Lilly Riber completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at NYU Stern School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Lilly also obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Tufts University, majoring in English and minoring in Communications & Media Studies, from 2005 to 2009.
