David Nightingale

David Nightingale is a construction attorney at Much Shelist, P.C., with extensive experience in trial and transactional law. They represent clients in various construction, real estate, and contractual matters across the United States, advising on negotiations, contract drafting, and risk minimization throughout the construction project lifecycle. Prior to their current role, Nightingale worked as an attorney at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and other law firms, and they have a background in federal lobbying and journalism. They earned a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
